Bushing A604 inp.hub

The input clutch hub bushing in listed Chrysler units is an oil control surface for the underdrive clutch.

Excess clearance between this bushing and the stator support will cause low underdrive clutch pressure, resulting in clutch failure.

Sonnax input clutch hub bushing 92003-01K restores the clearance necessary for proper operation.

500/618 Late Kit (Superior K500-618-L ) Shift Correction Package This valve body kit deals with these problems:

•  Premature band failure • Inadequate line rise • Slow engagements • Premature clutch failure • Lower 2-3 shift MPH • Full time lube • Rapid fill manual valve • Services regular, heavy duty, gas, and diesel • Improves overall performance

1. The K500-618-L Shift Correction Package will service all 99 and up 42/44/46/47-RE units.

2. This package includes a new governor pressure control valve. This valve allows operating pressure to be raised for heavy-duty use without fear of setting code 1763.

Accumulator pin kit 4T60E

• Pins (10)
• Reamer

Fits 1-2 and 2-3 accumulator locations only

GM 4T60 and 4T60-E units commonly display negative shift characteristics that can be traced to excess wear at the 1-2 and 2-3 accumulator piston pin bores. Slipping, flares, and soft or inconsistent shifts often result, followed by burnt 2nd and 3rd clutches. Extreme cases will cause a loss of 2nd, 3rd and/or 4th gears. Restore hydraulic control and banish sloppy shifting by reconditioning the pin bore and installing Sonnax oversized accumulator pin 84573-02K.

Symptoms:

•1-2 Flare
•2-3 Flare
•2nd Clutch burned (GM)
•2nd Slip
•3rd Clutch burned
•3rd Slip
•No 2nd
•No 3rd
•No 4th
•Soft & inconsistent shift feel

Cause:

Excess wear at accumulator piston pin bore allows circuit pressure to escape.

Correction:

Recover hydraulic control and renew shift feel and performance by reconditioning the pin bore and installing Sonnax oversized accumulator pin.
