LIMITED WARRANTY

Ganzeboom Parts BV ("Ganzeboom") warrants to its direct customers only that each part ("Product") remanufactured or sold by Ganzeboom will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use and service for a period of one year or 20.000 kilometers, whichever occurs first, but shall not exceed the warranty period of the rebuilder or remanufacturer of the complete transmission. Ganzeboom’s sole obligation under this Warranty shall be to repair or replace, at its option, the defective Product at no charge to the customer. Under no circumstances shall Ganzeboom be liable for any oil, towing, labor or rental vehicle charges. As a condition to this Warranty, the customer must return any allegedly defective Product, freight prepaid, to Ganzeboom accompanied by a packing slip indicating the shipper and the invoice number when originally invoiced.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to unsatisfactory Product performance which is attributable, in whole or in part, to any factor, condition or circumstance other than defects in material or workmanship of the Product. Because Ganzeboom provides a component product only , this warranty coverage is not extended to any party other than Ganzeboom's direct customers ("Ganzeboom customers"). Accordingly, no claims may be made hereunder by any parties who purchase items from Ganzeboom customers even if such items purchased include a "Product", produced by Ganzeboom. Without limiting the foregoing, this Limited Warranty shall be null and void if repair or replacement is required because of improper installation, accident, physical or electrical stress, neglect, misuse or any other cause other than the ordinary and intended use for which the Product was designed, or if the Product has been dismantled, altered or repaired by the customer or any third party.
