Fits 1999-2011 3.7L - 4.7L - 5.7L . 45RFE, 545RFE and 68RFE Addresses 2-3 Neutral, Drainback, Limp mode, Torque Converter Clutch slide bang and TCC slip codes.

Includes: Heavy Duty accumulator plate/cover and special accumulator seals. Has tough snap ring for input drum.

Includes new Torque converter limit valve system for pump saving cost of new pump.

NOTE: SK 45RFE and 45RFE-HD2 do not make firm or performance type shifts. Both kits produce a "quicker shift" which is the transition time from the release and or apply of the present gear to the next gear. Installation recommendation: Experienced technician Transmission removal necessary: No

A & E cntl Valve kit OS 6HP21/28

This kit fits either clutch A or E control bore locations in E-shift versions of ZF6HP21/28/34 (Generation 2) valve bodies only. For M-shift versions use 95740-66K.

Flare upshifts or downshift bind-ups are common problems in vehicles equipped with ZF6HP21/28/34 (Generation 2) transmissions. These problems can be accompanied by a coastdown neutral condition or pressure control out-of-range codes.

The clutch control valves control clutch apply and release timing, and problems occur when the clutch control valves wear. Sonnax offers the oversized clutch A and clutch E control valve kit 95740-72K (E-shift version) to restore shift timing and vehicle drivability.

Bushing ZF6HP19, ZF5HP19 BMW 26mm (5)

Package Quantity: 5

Fits 1.023" (25.97mm) input shaft only.

• Width: 0.590"
• Housing Bore: 1.142"
• Shaft Dia.: 1.022"

• Bushing Style: Precision
• Material: Steel-backed alloy

Bushing ZF6HP26, 6R80 B/Direct 34mm

Package Quantity: 6

Fits 1.337" (33.97mm) shaft only.

Ford 6R80 direct clutch and ZF6HP26 "B" clutch OE bushings have a tendency to wear out prematurely due to sub-optimal material composition. This wear can lead to bushing failure, ratio codes, and loss of correct pressure to the "B"/Direct clutch pack, resulting in burned clutches.

Sonnax offers improved "B"/Direct clutch bushing 95030-07 with superior wear characteristics, eliminating premature deterioration for worry-free operation.

Bushing ZF6HP26 Sungearshaft

Package Quantity: 6

Fits ZF6HP26 and Ford 6R80 units with .952" (24.17mm) shafts only.

The OE sun gear shaft bushings located at front and rear of the sun gear shaft in ZF6HP26 and Ford 6R80 units have a tendency to wear out prematurely due to sub-optimal material composition.

This wear can lead to bushing failure, pressure control codes, and burnt B-clutches. Sonnax sun gear shaft bushing 95030-06 features superior wear characteristics, eliminating premature deterioration for worry-free operation.

Bypass Cl Cntrl V.kit OS, 6HP21/28/34

This kit fits E-shift versions only of the ZF6HP21/28/34 (Generation 2) and ZF6HP19/26/32 (Generation 1) valve bodies with an 053 separator plate.

In the noted units, the position valve, a two-valve train controlled by the MV2 solenoid, directs line pressure to the driving clutches (A, B, E) through their related clutch regulator valves. Wear of either valve’s spools or in the bore (depending on the wear location) can result in loss of command fluid pressure from the MV2 solenoid or reduced line pressure to the clutch regulator valves.

In either case, the result is loss of apply fluid pressure to the driving clutches. Initial signs of this problem are shift issues leading to slipping in gear as the clutches burn and eventually disintegrate. Sonnax oversized position valve 95740-75K allows the worn bore to be refurbished, restoring proper hydraulic clearances and eliminating loss of necessary MV2 command fluid at the position valve or line pressure to the clutches.

OS Bypass Clutch Control Valve Kit

OE valve name: WD-V

Common problems in vehicles equipped with ZF6HP19/26/32 (Gen. 1) and Ford 6R60, 6R80 transmissions include torque converter clutch slip, firm shifts and an overheating torque converter.

One cause of these problems is a worn bypass clutch control valve resulting in slow applyand release of the torque converter clutch. Installing the Sonnax oversized bypass clutch control valve kit 95740-13K restores factory torque converter clutch apply and release rates. This will resolve the converter slip, harsh shift and overheating problems.
