Bushing ZF6HP26 Sungearshaft

Package Quantity: 6

Fits ZF6HP26 and ZF6HP28 unitits with .991" (25.17mm) shafts only.

The OE sun gear shaft bushings located at front and rear of the sun gear shaft in ZF6HP26 anf ZF6HP28 units have a tendency to wear out prematurely due to sub-optimal material composition.

This wear can lead to bushing failure, pressure control codes, and burnt B-clutches.

Sonnax sun gear shaft bushing 95030-06A features superior wear characteristics, eliminating premature deterioration for worry-free operation.

Fits:

• Porsche Cayenne 10-16

• VW Touareg 10-16

• Audi 9-15

Contains:

• Stator Bushing

• CR Clutch, Front

• CR Clutch, Rear

O-Ringed End Plug Kit
Part No. 27741-20K

Wear at the various OE end plugs in Toyota/Lexus U151E, U151F and U250E units allows critical circuit leakage of solenoid modulator, secondary regulator and line pressures. These pressure losses impair control of the clutches, resulting in various shift complaints and eventual failure. Sonnax O-ringed end plug kit 27741-20K contains all of the circuit sealing end plugs required to prevent this critical oil pressure loss.

• End plugs install quickly with no reaming required
• Kit contains all of the circuit sealing end plugs required for the complete valve body
• Drop-in Zip Valve™ parts install quickly and easily

Sonnax turbine stiffener plate GM-WS-39 is used to create a stronger turbine in GM 400, Allison AT 540/545, BW 310mm LU (A618) and BW 310mm NLU converters. The design incorporates a contour and reduced outside diameter for optimum fit to the turbine.
The Sonnax plate can be welded as-is to the turbine in GM 400 and BW 310mm NLU converters, but in Allison AT 540/545 and BW 310mm LU (A618) converters, GM-WS-39 must first be modified.

To weld GM-WS-39 to the turbine, a stock 350 transmission forward clutch piston may be used as tooling to hold it in place for tacking and welding. Tack welding four to six segments on both the inside and outside diameters of the stiffener plate should be adequate, however some may elect to weld completely around both diameters for maximum strength.

• Contour designed for optimum fit to turbine
• Enhances strength of turbine
• Weld-in-place

Sonnax hydraulic line pressure booster kits contain stronger pressure regulator springs and large ratio boost valves designed to work together to provide progressive pressure increases as driving conditions become more demanding.

Our pressure regulator springs are approximately 10% stronger than OE and more conservative in impact than other aftermarket kit springs. Large ratio boost valves provide higher pressure incrementally and when it is needed the most.

The combination of these springs and valves in a Sonnax kit gives you the best of both worlds: a modest pressure increase at the low end, with a high-end pressure that is equal to or greater than that of other aftermarket kit springs.

Achieve shorter shifts and increased torque capacity without creating low-speed harshness

Improved band and clutch holding capacity

Progressive pressure increase as driving conditions become more demanding

All the benefits of increased line pressure without overloading the pump at idle Simple and affordable drop-in solution with no special tools or reaming required
