Pressure regulator valve kit OS 722.6

Fits bores containing OE PR valve with .512" dia. spool only.

Excessive valve-to-bore clearance at the modulating pressure area allows modulated solenoid feed pressure to exhaust, reducing line pressure and creating shift-related complaints.

Bore wear at the inner spool results in high line pressure conditions. The Sonnax kit 68942-07K salvages the valve body with an oversized hard-anodized valve and recalibrated springs.

Oversized regulating valve pressure control valve kit

Early & Late

Severe wear of the regulating valve pressure control valve bore results in shift quality and solenoid control issures. The Sonnax kit 68942-17K salvages these valve bodies.
