Sonnax flanged impeller hub FD-90-66G replaces worn or damaged hubs in Ford 6F35 converters.

Sonnax flanged impeller hub FD-90-71G replaces worn or damaged impeller hubs in Ford 6F35 late-style converters. FD-90-71G has a large, reinforced flange with a piloting diameter for accurate alignment and superior weld characteristics. The large flange also provides a substantial back-up surface for impeller-side thrust bearing GM-N-24.

Sonnax butt-mount impeller hub FD-90-74G replaces worn or damaged hubs in Ford 6F35 converters.

Sonnax offers piston seal FD-O-33 as a direct OE replacement in late 6F35 converters.

Ford Gen. 1 and 2 6F35 transmissions are notorious for worn axle bushings, which allow external leakage. This premature bushing wear can be caused by a worn differential support, which affects endplay negatively. The thrust bearing that rides on the differential support rotates, wearing deeply into the aluminum support and allowing endplay to become far excessive. To correct endplay, a new case half is required.

Instead of sourcing an expensive new case, you can stop further wear and restore endplay to proper levels by installing Sonnax case saver kit 144281-01K.

• Non-rotating shims correct differential endplay & prevent future wear
• Prevents repeat bushing failure caused by excess endplay
